teisha lewis in for lauren. we begin tonight with the deadly discovery of immigrants in a walmart parking lot in in san antonio. right now we know at least nine people are dead and nearly 30 others are hurt. police found a large group after a person from the truck asked the store employee for water. the employee then called for help. tonight the driver of the truck is facing charges. fox's will car has the latest. we're looking at human trafficking crime here. a horrific discovery overnight in texas as authorities find disuses of mexicans inside a swelter who the tractor-trailer. they were likely migrant workers who were being smuggled into the country we got a call from a walmart employee to conduct a welfare check in a tractor-trailer that parked in the lot here. he was approached by someone from the

the truck was packed with 38 people, mostly men all a though there were two 15 year olds. many were vomiting and rushed to the hospital for heat stroke and dehydration. temperatures sored past 1100-degrees during the day and remained in the 930s at night. each one of them had heart rates over 130 beats her minute which again they were very hot to the touch. so these people were in the trailer without any signs of water. they release a statement saying in part by any standard the crime is a reminder while human trafficking must be pursued purd facing state and federal karnlgs . in los angeles, will car, fox news. >> and dferlg closer to home in baltimore, the search is on for a kirl after a 97 year old man was found inside dead inside his home. baltimore police said wall

signs of trauma to his body. there was evidence that someone forced his way inside their home . anyone with information about this is asked to call baltimore plissments an early morning crash in prince george's county has left one woman dead. she was driving along martin luther king highway just before four this morning when she hit a guardrail at the intersection of glenn adderren parkway. a juf fliel passenger was injured, but is expected to be okay. and in montgomery county, three people are recovering following an accident involving a golf cart. it happened just before ten last night in rockville. the victims were all ejected from the gof cart. police say a woman suffered serious, but not life threatening injuries. a teenage girl was also hurt. a man was also treated for minor injuries at the scene. police say they may have hit a speed bump causing the golf cart to tip over. zc police need your help tonight to find a man who may

other part of story. in terms of the rain and the storms, well , we're going to have to zeal with that just a little bit longer. let's take a look at where we are right now with satellite radar and we've had some periods of heavy rainfall and some storms that kind of pushed threuvment a lot of it went to the north of us earlier today but also over across parts of delmarva into the beaches as well. you can see we've got someones again to the north of us, just to the north along the i95 corridor, but baltimore getting very fairly as was heart fond county which there was a severe thunderstorm warning in effect. the rainfall has been very heavy. there you can see rockville, leesburg, all along that line of heavy rainfall and over to the east that's the first batch that went through a little bit earlier. we're still not out of the clear. we also have a flood advisory that's in equal if. take a look at the area that's affected here. this right through until monday in

relationship they had with their mother. the documentary titled diana, our mother, her life and legacy comes on the 20 eght answer veery of 4er death. she was killed in car crash back in 1997. it focuses on the mepries her friends have of her and most importantly the memories her son s have. there aren't many days that go by that i don't think of her. the 20th anniversary seems like a. q. time to remember you a the good things about her and hopefully provide maybe a different side that others haven't seen before. when everybody says to me so she was fun, give us an example all i can hear is her laugh in my head and that sort of crazy latch whether it was pour happiness shown on her face. nobody has ever told this story from the point of view of the two people knew her better than anyone else q. and loved her the most.

emergency landing in the east river. the ten people on board were not hurt thankfully. tonight the national transportation safety board is still deciding whether to investigate. the plane left new york city and was heading to eastampton. shortly after taking off the captain decided to land in the east river when he realized one of the plane's winnings was bent. around caught on camera, a person wearing a transformer's mask. there he is, attempting to rob a california starbucks when they're attacked by a customer with a chair. the 358 year old customer hit the man in the head with the chair. the men then caught in a fight before the man in the mask caught up. police caught up to him later and ar rested him. law enforcement in in the country are go i above and beyond to fight crime. rick leventhal explains. >>reporter: the qulark town police department is training a dozen

these cops never thought they'd be pilots. cecil county got its brain new drone up and running it was asked to investigate a case involving stolen equipment bobcats and other small machines might be stashed on this property hidden from street level view. so the sheriffs sent his typhoon drone up off the land enough to convince a judge that night leading to the seizure of the stolen equipment and the alleged thieve's arrest within hours. i would say that flight was about as perfect as it could get. it was flawless, the flight went off very well. i think we were in the air a maximum of ten minutes. but the american civil liberties union says the use of drone

get him out. i laugh because it's really incredible. but it seems like he made it out okay and he's fine, but what a fall. he was able to call police, incredible. i'm glad that d.c. fire did their job well done like they usually do. at least he didn't injure himself. it could have bench worse. we're also talking about weather because it was certainly ominous coming into work this afternoon the clouds out there, the sky and now we were just hearing the rain right above us. yesterday was a pretty good indication of the heat and instability we had storms until well after one in the morning. we were definitely going to be under the gun for this weekend and today and even tomorrow is another day of keeping your eyes to the skies. well, we do have some rain showers and some storms across many of our areas. let's take a look at radar. we'll show you what's happening right

there's been a lot of heavy rainfall. already with the storms from yesterday we got an inch and a half of raism over ample in most places. these heavy down pours are adding to the issues. you can see here we go right here just along the i95 corridor. rockville getting hit , rockville, d.c. this is not so much thunderstormses as it is heavy rainfall, but even heavier rainfall to the north. parts of delmarva as wevment we have a flash flood advisory in effect tonight through early monday warning and there is a flood warning in effect for hartford county. so one and a half inches of rainfall generally pretty much every where, but and i additional inch or so is possible. so hence the flood advisory is in effect. the flood watch is in effect. we ask you to be aware of that. winds not so bad, but look at disuls, 22-mile per hour wind gusts. yesterday they were

some of you may have heard the sounds of motorcycles raising through d.c. they gathered at r fk stadium today. they were first commissioned back in 1866 and today riders participated in the annual iron horse safety parade. a number of motorcycle clubs present around the country rode in today's event. d.c. will soon be home to a new me see up. this one will be dedicated to the bible. fox's lauren green has a sneak peak. >>reporter: there is no book in history that has been moreville fied and in flings than the bible. this fall, a washington d.c. museum devoted to it will look like this, but now it looks and sounds more like this. the museum of the bible will be the largest dedicated to the jew day
